I’m rewatching the Broadway cast taping in preparation. So awesome… I realize this will be a very different staging, but I’m totally looking forward to seeing what they do with it. :-)
Well, you guys just say the word if you need help arranging tickets or someone to show you around.
There is one piano. And occasional other instruments. It’s incredibly stripped down. If you’ll forgive the expression: all the way to the heart.
You can enjoy the NY Times review of their original run at the McCarter Theatre in the meantime….
Ah, so that’s what the images in the photoset above are from (the production from last year). I wondered if those were publicity stills taken from this production’s dress rehearsal, or something like that.
That review sounds awesome! The more I hear about it the more I’m looking forward to it.
