Tags: and it was cool, santa cruz island, sometimes when I’m birdwatching, things that aren’t birds, willows anchorage, for me birdwatching is mostly about getting away from people, but in this case i needed to make an exception, all these folks were very nice, even though it wasn't officially a birding trip, they all wanted to go to santa cruz island, and specifically to a part of it, that is very seldom visited. Tags: whatever, in the grand scheme of things, I'm not upset at this point, just disappointed, at a certain point you have to reconcile yourself, and move on, the world doesn't have this feature anymore, once it did, and it was cool, and under-appreciated, but now it's gone, and no amount of, anger, denial, bargaining, is going to bring it back, this is what getting old is like, the reply feature, is probably going to be one of the easier losses to get over, a year from now I won't be thinking about it, five years from now I won't be using tumblr, and it will all be ripples in a stream, when I've already floated out into the ocean.
