Yeah, a tallship was my original idea but a) I haven’t been able to find any for this summer and b) I thought that trying a small boat first would help me see if I really like/can handle this whole thing. If everything goes well the idea is to start saving and look for a proper multi day voyage for next summer :D (sorry if I’m annoying you I just can’t shut up about this I’m so excited)
No worries, I love talking about sailing with people. Knowing how to sail small boats is always useful (and fun!) and I hope you get the chance for a tallship someday. A few of them like to go down to the Med for winter, so you might keep an eye on autumn/spring too.
