A very good guess! But not the one I was looking for.
I actually have never surfed (if we’re talking full-on stand-up surfing a wave on a surfboard). I’ve body-surfed, boogie-boarded, and surfed on planing sailboats, and one time I did stand-up paddling with my daughter. But no actual surfing, strictly speaking. And that wasn’t today’s activity, no.
