One of my favorite bits of animation for Flynn’s character. You can see that his whole manner has changed. He’s not thinking about himself at all, he’s worried about Rapunzel.
Also, I think it’s good continuity that his head still hurts after being hit hard enough to knock him out for an hour or more, and without Rapunzel’s hair there to make him feel better (because I’ve come to the conclusion that it was just being around and touching Rapunzel’s hair that prevented him from being seriously concussed for most of the first day).
