I doubt it’s Highway 1 (if you’re talking about California’s Highway 1) because:
* I feel like we’d be seeing this shot all the time if it were
* I think I’ve driven most of the coastal parts of Highway 1, and don’t remember anything like this
* if you zoom in it looks like that truck is driving on the left side of the road
My guess is that this might be Japan, or at least somewhere in Asia.
