I was looking back at my older posts about Friedrich, and I found this one, which I came across in the tags and reblogged for imaginarycircus because she was curious how big A Walk at Dusk was:
I’d completely forgotten about that. But that’s how I met (sort of) halloweden. I’m so glad I did, because she is definitely one of the coolest people I follow. And since it’s documented that I follow the three coolest people on Tumblr, that’s saying something.
Fun fact: What imaginarycircus may not have realized is that Eden is actually only three inches tall, which makes A Walk at Dusk smaller than a postage stamp. Friedrich is famous for his miniatures, painted with a three-camel-hair brush and a jeweler’s loupe.
