Yes. Because all these people going around preaching against vaccination scare the living crap out of me. Although tin all honesty I vaguely remember seeing this illustration elsewhere and many many years ago in an entirely different context.
I still have the scar on my arm from first smallpox vaccination when I was a tot. I don’t enjoy vaccinations, and I am fucking TERRIFIED of needles (yes even sewing needles). But you’d better believe if I need a shot I’ll suck it up and get it.
Sigh. I still get aggravated every time I see Jenny McCarthy’s face on The View on the TV at the gym. Celebrities who use their celebrity status to advocate for things that contribute to a public health problem are… aggravating.
