If I ever were to write Fangirl fanfiction it would probably just be Cath and Levi having adorable little dates around Lincoln. I so adored their date where he took her around East Campus that it’s all I want them to ever do for dates. It was just so precious how he had been immersing himself in Cath’s world and her orbit for so long that he finally took her and brought her more into his by showing her around a place he spent so much time and held dear.
I want to see him take Cath to Morril Hall and show her all the exhibits that calm him when he is having a bad day.
I want to see them go to a Husker game just so they can say they went, plus think of all the fun Cath and Reagan could have mocking people (all in good nature of course).
I want them to walk around the Haymarket and get some delicious Ivanna Cone ice cream.
Just want them to do all the little adorable date-like things there is to do in Lincoln. Also for them to find Reagan a guy that she hates at first and tries her hardest to push away but he is stubborn like her and they end up being weirdly perfect.
This world was just so fun and entertaining and easy to relate to, it is gonna be hard to let go of it for a while. I’ve especially had a blast getting to participate in Tumblr’s first book club. Reading everyone’s thoughts, seeing the fanart, and having discussions has been such a joy. Couldn’t have started out with a better book.
Pretty sure I would read that fic. Which for me is kind of a big deal.
