anyone have any idea what this insect is? Sorry the picture is so dark. If you zoom in you can see the details better. I would go outside to take a pic of it but the pincers on this thing are huge and kinda scare me haha!

The larvae, called hellgrammites, are aquatic. So there’s some semi-fishy content here. :-)
