True story. I went to a Morrissey concert at MSG in the dark ages and I was sitting behind 80% of the B-52s because I had tickets from Warner Brothers (who owns Sire.)
Morrissey was wearing a sheer button down shirt, which he took off and threw into the crowd in front of the stage. It got ripped to shreds and there was practically a riot. People were showing other people their tiny shred of Morrissey shirt like they had a holy relic.
Which member of the B-52s was not present? Was this far enough back in the Dark Ages that Ricky was still alive?
