Nobody wants to go to war just you so why dont you go to war your self.

Tony, why are you waging war on Iraq? What I dont’ understand is why can’t you and Mr Bush talk yes TALK tings through, we DON’T want go go to war and all die. I am 14 years old, it’s my birthday in 10days and I want to live for a long time! At the rate you’re going you are going to blow the world up. I have ambitions and I want to go into politics and law. I commend Mr. Blair and Mr. Bush for finally taking serious action to rid the Middle East of a tyrant who oppresses his own people. Again the Americans risk their lives to bring democracy to a troubled area. Only when the people of Iraq have autonomy over theirselves will they be fairly represented on the world stage. Mr. Blair, Mr. Bush, I salute you.

Ah, the US as bringers of democracy. Funny thing about that, there are at least dozens of nations in the world that treat their citizens more poorly than Iraq. I haven’t heard about us having plans to stride in and set things right there.
Oh, that’s because those other nations don’t have weapons of mass destruction… Except when they do. And not that Iraq does, for all anyone has been able to demonstrate.
The problem is that George and pals seem to feel that a weak argument about liberating an oppressed people and a weak argument about weapons of mass destruction add up to one strong argument. To my ear, they just sound like a series of lame excuses.

A LIAR you are ! but I must congratulate you on your Iraq policy. You have made sure that Iraq has NO weapons by sernding in the UN Inspectors, now, you need to get your car converted to run on BLOOD of innocent Iraqis, It will be a nice bonus to the oil you are doing it for.
I am sure that you will not cut the tax on oil, but you will be able to offer a free gallon of Iraqi blood with every 5 gallons of petrol.

I have been a member of the Labour party since 1997 and have supported you from the moment you became leader. I consider myself to be a Blairite because I could see your vision. I always argued for you on numerous issues. I would explain to people that this is your way of achieving your beliefs through compromise and pragmatic solutions. They do not always satisfy everyone but it is a realistic strategy to achieve social fairness within the system we live. I believe in New Labour and the Third way and I did believe in you. I can see the importance of the special relationship between the USA and the UK in order to get influence and change their grotesque foreign policies because ‘principles without power are futile’. However I cannot in anyway support your stance on the war against Iraq. Where have the principles gone? This Iraqi crisis has made power without principles futile.
This possible war is proving to be totally flawed. Anyone who studies International politics knows that this war on Iraq is only about American domination in order to hold on to their hegemonic power. The USA economic power has been declining since the 1980’s from 50% to 30%. America wants to hold on to their power by invading Iraq and keeping a powerful Israeli state controlled by the USA. They can then control the Middle East and therefore increase their power across the world. You cannot just point out one state and say there is major threat then go to war. The evidence is limited there are so many other states like Israel and Saudi Arabia that harbour terrorists and have actual evidence of weapons of mass destruction. This raises so many questions about hypocrisy and hidden agendas that will kill thousands if not millions of people. These agendas are just so obvious and that’s why two million people marched in London on the 15th of February.
I can’t believe you can declare this to be a justification for war especially being a former member of the CND. Millions of lives will be destroyed because of this war. Any invasion on Iraq will not stop terrorism it will only increase it. Iraqi people will be increasingly hostile to the western world because they will severely suffer if the USA is allowed to attack! MILLIONS WILL DIE and therefore create more and more religious extremist who want to attack the west. It just doesn’t make any sense. Iraqi people are suffering because of US sanctions. This is the issue that should be raised AND STOPPED. The USA reign of terror over Iraqi must be stopped to give the Iraqi people self determination to get rid of Saddam.
I don’t know if you really do believe it is about weapons of mass destruction. On News night you seemed very convinced but it is so obvious it is not. The power is in your hands to change this path. It is not too late to oppose this invasion. You must not declare war on Iraq for everyone’s sake. The implications are so immense for the future of the human race. You will be remembered as the catalyst of this tragic beginning. You will be remembered as the Prime minister who led a country into an unjust war; many were killed just for selfish gain and eventually led to the destruction of the world. Instead of the greatest Prime Minister who change Britain for the better and helped shape the modern world. Surely this selfish attack goes against your beliefs or was I just mistaken and betrayed. Please change your direction before I and others loose faith in you and many people die because of your decisions. Please be courageous and change your direction. Your career will be destroyed if you don’t. Please do what is right. Please change your course before it is too late.

Mr. Blair, I am simply amazed that any formerly respected world leader, such as yourself, could possibly sink to such a low level so as to follow someone like Mr. Bush into a preemptive war against a militarily pathetic nation such as Iraq. I am an American, and I am proud of my country, but Mr. Bush has managed to cause more division and strife throughout the world than any other American president in office during my lifetime. Sure, Mr. Hussein probably does have some weapons of mass destruction, but can you say that Britain does not? Can the U.S. claim to be free of WMD? I don’t think so. What about North Korea? The war being planned against Iraq is primarily about exercising imperialistic domination in the most oil rich region of the world, not eliminating WMD. The elimination of WMD is just a side benefit that is being used to justify the ouster of a pesky dictator who could be a thorn in the side of the U.S. (primarily) and Britain in the future when we will need even more imported oil for the glutenous and wasteful lifestyles of our priviledged citizens. The price we will pay for our arrogance will be very high. There will be more anti-American and British sentiment throughout the middle east, and that will lead to even more terrorist activity against our citizens. Our countries will also lose respect within the world community, and in the future when a real crisis arises, we will not be able to address it because the fiasco with Iraq will be remembered. As to the last point,let me enlighten you to the fact that if the U.S and Britain continue with their arrogant disrespect of the wills of the other members of the world community, it will not be the United Nations that becomes irrelevant to the future of the planet, it will be the U.S and Britain. In closing, give the inspectors whatever time they need. IF and ONLY IF they find SERIOUS infractions, then propose a REALISTIC schedule for compliance. Forget about missles that fly a few kilometers beyond the set limits, and balsa wood and duct tape drones powered by weed eater engines. Trying to justify a war based on Iraq’s possession of such weapons makes the U.S. and British leadership look ridiculous. Like it or not, it is not Iraq’s job to prove they don’t have banned weapons. It is up to the U.S. and Britain to prove they do, since after all, it is the U.S. and Britain who are the aggressors in this situation. If you can’t or are unwilling to back up your claims with hard, undisputable evidence, I suggest you start looking for a way out of this mess before many innocent people die. I implore you to stop following the Pied Piper of Hamlin and think for yourself!

I must commend you, to stand for the unpoplar decision is not easy. Most people won’t regardless of what they believe. It is people like you who insist on doing the right thing that has kept this world going. The right thing is not war but as you have stated, to have Saddam disarm. If France and the Security Council would also standup, there is no doubt in my mind Saddam would disarm. You are accused of blood for oil, in reality, it is France that wants the oil. They are not thinking about world peace but only of France. The world should stand up against Saddam, he is the culprit here. People don’t seem to realize that it is Saddam’s call if a war should occur.

I would like to ask you to take the courageous stand against war with
Iraq by rejecting the USA Bush administration’s outrageous, reckless and
inexcusable foreign policy.
The Bush administration is clearly carrying out an agenda that predates
the Sept. 11, 2001 tragedy, an agenda that includes world domination of
the oil market. As George Monbiot wrote in The Guardian 11 March 2003,
“In January, the US moved into Djibouti, ostensibly to widen its war
against terror, while accidentally gaining strategic control over the
Bab Al Mandab – one of the world’s two most important oil shipping
lanes. It already controls the other one, the Strait of Hormuz. Two
weeks ago, under the same pretext, it sent 3000 men to the Philippines.
Last year it began negotiations to establish a military base in Sao Tomé
and Principe, from which it can, if it chooses, dominate West Africa’s
principal oilfields. By pure good fortune, the US government now
exercises strategic control over almost all the world’s major oil
producing regions and oil transport corridors.”
This so-called war on terrorism is a war for profit, a war planned long
before Sept 11. They simply needed an excuse that would convince the
American people that war was necessary. Many Americans are NOT
convinced. Many, such as myself, believe Bush should be impeached. How
can he call Saddam Hussein “evil” when Bush is friendly with the
dictators of Saudi Arabia? This is not a war about some fanciful “moral
obligation” to free the Iraqis. It is a war about oil.
If, for any reason, the UN thinks war is the answer to “disarming” Iraq,
then it must be made clear that the USA WOULD NOT have any right to
either set up, install, or run any new government in Iraq, nor should
the USA be allowed to have ANY sort of control over the Iraqi oil
fields. If such a stipulation is made, then perhaps the world can
protect itself from global domination by the Bush administration.
War against Iraq must be stopped. The US must remain a member of the UN.
We cannot allow our country to become a rogue power, expanding into
world domination, without any checks or balances. Under the Bush
administration the US is becoming the most dangerous power on earth, and
if this is not stopped quickly, it will mean disaster for our planet.
The Bush doctrine seems to support a position that the US’s military
preeminence excuses it from obeying the rules of international law. It
has walked out of the biological weapons convention. It has withdrawn
from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty. It refuses to ratify the
International Criminal Court.
Now is the time for courage. Now is the time for bringing the US back in
line as a country willing to be a participant in global trade, not a
dominator of global trade. This “war” against Iraq is only the beginning
of a war of economic dominance. Wars are about profit, and this one has
profit written in hideous dollar signs in the flesh of our sons and
daughters and the children of Iraq. We must not kill for profit.
Please choose the route of courage and withdraw your support of a
USA-led war on Iraq.

God bless you, Tony Blair, for doing the right thing, and following your consience. Reading the above makes me truly wonder why there are so many people that have the wrong idea, that Iraq is over oil, that we will target civilians, and other ridiculous garbage. Nobody wants war. But it will happen, and soon, and the Iraqi’s will need their hand held afterward for a while to quell the infighting and to keep the Turks from slaughtering the Kurds, but we will leave them with their oil, as we left the Japanese and German resources to their respective citizens. What makes you people so paranoid and ready to find evil where it’s not, and ignore true threats? Why would America want to rule the world? If it was about Imperialism, I’d think we’d attack Tahiti. And sure, we’ll stay in the UN. Just to be there, as every day the UN proves itself ridiculous. Libya in charge of the UN’s policies on human rights? And Iraq..lol..soon to be in charge of disarmament, of all things.
Sure, this war is about money. Or the lack of war. The French were once our finest ally. So came the Statue of Liberty to New York. But they stand to lose so much if Iraq’s government is overturned. They have sold parts for warplanes and provided Nuclear technology. They have huge oil contracts that won’t be worth anything soon. The French. A government that has a law that no one can work over 30 hours a week. How can anyone hope to improve their lives that way? Absurd.
Terrorism links? So what, Saddam pays suicide bomber’s families $20,000 to blow themselves up with Israeli women and children around. They allow Al Queda to move quietly within their borders, and Saddam has already killed thousands of men, women, and children. Your wife is raped and your children tortured if you know something the Iraqi government wants to know. Those are facts, please don’t anyone prove them selves stupid by disputing. Are there worse places to live? Probably so. And probably there are civilian populations that deserve to be freed. But Iraq? Too many strikes.
Civilian casualties? Yes, they will happen. No one likes that, but they will happen. War is war. But tell me, you poor socialists, bored anti-war protesters, how many died in the Gulf War? At that point in time, we, as a world could have walked easily into Bagdad. But we didn’t. The UN’s goal was to free Kuwait. And now the UN is ignoring their obligation to keep their word, for good or bad.
Please…don’t go on anymore about inspections. They are a joke. Blix, a German, in charge of a bunch of people wandering around hoping they’ll run into something interesting. But that’s not their job, they are there to verify, not investigate. When something is found, they conveniently try to either leave it out of reports or minimize significance….case in point the drone they found. Funny how the drone was left out of Secretary Powell’s copy of Blix’s report…. I have to wonder why he told anyone at all, trusting well that he has held back information when he could. I’ts not the inspector’s job to run around the country looking for evidence. It’s their job to inspect (yawn)paperwork showing that items that all of us knew they had were destroyed. They are not there to investigate, nor do they have the training. They are there to verify.
And to those who whine about the war being for the benifit of the rich. Funny how Saddam is personally worth over a billion. He has $90 million invested in Elle…a French magazine.
Make some sense, people, take a step back and stop being whiney nitpickers. Most of the postings here would rather argue with the spelling of a word than the intent of a tyrant.
Speaking of tyrants….President Bush has been accused of being such by a lot of American Social Democrats. Mr. Bush got the job, not you or I. As laid out by the constitution, won the election. The writers of the constitutino wrote very carefully the basic cornerstones of our laws to avoid tyrrany. I learned that in second grade. I can’t believe that some of you can soberly fling the word ‘tyrant’. Absent from school that year? VOTE next time.
Sure, I’m older. You can tell by my views. But my hair is way over my shoulders, and I don’t like rules. But I do know right from wrong, and what is wrong with protecting lives by removing a horrible government? Sure, there are others. And I do hope we take them down, one by one.

Nearly 12,000 members of the public from all over the world have signed the petition for a public inquiry into the death of Baby Sunaina; over 25,000 have visited the website http://www.nhsmurders.co.uk; with local press (Ilford Recorder, Ilford & Redbridge Post), National press (The Times 27/11/2000 & Sikh Times 03/10/2002 & 21/11/2002) and international press (The Monitor, Nigeria, 30/11/2002) coverage, and massive evidence of an unlawful death given at an inquest on 11/09/2001 by doctors, no British doctor or nurse has been prosecuted for this alleged murder of a 5 month old baby girl for research into her organs. No libel action has been taken against the family since 26/10/2000 because of the massive evidence that the baby’s organs were taken 4 days before the post-mortem, after allegations of an unlawful killing were made to the Police and the Coroner.
Quotes from the transcript of the inquest provided by the Home Office Coroner, Walthamstow Coroners Court, who also is a qualified doctor, dentist and lawyer, Dr Elizabeth Stearns shows how inquest verdicts are routinely falsified as “natural causes”, how massive evidence of an unlawful killing is ignored, encouraging doctors to kill NHS patients for organs, budgets and savings:-
1. Ranitidine overdose
“CORONER:On Wednesday the 4th. October when Sunaina was administered 10 times the prescribed dose of ranitidine on Clover Ward for a few days 30mgs instead of 3. Do you know anything about that? …Would 30mgs be harmful for a baby of this age and size ?” (P.205)
“DR ANAND SHIRSALKAR: …ranitidine is normally given 1mg per kilo. So 30mg is an overdose if that is what was given”. (P. 205).
2. Lethal Potassium Chloride
“CORONER:They also were concerned about the giving of Potassium, that exercise’s their minds considerably, was potassium been added to her feeds as a supplement?
“DR ANAND SHIRSALKAR: I’am not aware of it
“CORONER:It is not anything you would prescribe?
“DR ANAND SHIRSALKAR: No
“CORONER:And what would be the effect of excess of Potassium on baby?
“DR ANAND SHIRSALKAR: Potassium is a very important electrolyte, high potassium can cause rhythm disturbances to the heart, and actually the heart could stop. If it was too much potassium.
CORONER CHANGES THE SUBJECT:-
“CORONER:So you would refute their allegations that baby was denied liquids?
“NURSE CATHY ELLIGFORD:… She was on a potassium supplement 4.7 mls which she had that morning and signed for. That was given in the feed, but it had only been prescribed the night before for the first time.
…”DR JUNAID SOLEBO: I noticed she had stopped breathing all of a sudden.
3. Evidence cleared from scene before family arrived
“CORONER:And the Detective Inspector on the scene directed steps to preserve and manage the scene. In fact the room had been cleared of medical treatment prior to the arrival of the family?
“DETECTIVE SUPERINTENDENT GIBSON: Yes, but we have interpreted that as a fairly standard procedure.
“CORONER:Yes. We heard that that was standard so the family is not surrounded by tubes so they can see their baby. But was the equipment, I know the clothing worn by her was taken.
4. Coroner’s Judicial Undertaking before Inquest to let the jury decide the verdict
“Sunaina’s family has made numerous allegations against hospital staff, Police and myself about a conspiracy to kill Sunaina, and conceal the evidence and impede any investigation. These allegations have been made to the local M.P. the Coroner’s section of the Home Office, the Home Secretary, and the Police Complaints Authority and published on web-site, which is regularly updated and in flyers left around the hospital where Sunaina died. Consequently I have chosen to sit with a jury because as I will explain to you later, it is members of the jury who judge the facts. You will be specifically directed to disregard any emphasis you may think I placed on the facts in the course of my summing up”
5. End of Inquest – Coroner invites lawyers from King George Hospital (Harrison) and Great Ormond Street Hospital (Thomas):-“CORONER:Now before I sum up, I must ask you do you wish to address me as to the law?
“HARRISON: I may do madam.”
6. Coroner sends the jury out of the courtroom
“CORONER: This is your opportunity to do so in that case. Members of the jury it looks like a point of law may have arisen, I am sorry to make you get up again but could you please return to your jury room. I don’t anticipate it taking very long.
“Harrison: Thank you madam. I may just want to make these very short words about the possible verdicts to which you may direct the jury to. In my submission on the basis of the witness expert and the forensic evidence given yesterday, the only verdict which can be safe to direct the jury to consider would be and to return would be natural causes. The only other possible alternative is an open verdict and in my submission on the basis of the clear evidence given yesterday this would not be a satisfactory outcome. I accept that the Coroner of course has a discretion, but would submit that you should not direct the jury to consider ‘unlawful killing’ as a possible verdict, as there is no evidence given yesterday to support that verdict. Whilst that it may be appropriate for the jury to consider other verdicts, in my submission no reasonable jury properly directed could reach a verdict of unlawful killing to the required standard of proof.”
“CORONER: Mr Thomas do you have anything you wish to say?
“MR THOMAS: Ma’am I would like to add to my learned friend Miss Harrison’s submissions, I have obviously heard your thinking of the matter, on the evidence even taking it at it’s highest it’s my submission that the jury properly directed could not reach a conclusion of unlawful killing in this case. And the evidence justifies only one conclusion and in that case death from natural causes.
7. Coroner breaches her juducial undertaking by giving her own possible verdicts
“CORONER: So, I have considered the verdict of unlawful killing, which I know if the family had been present they would wish to be put to you, but I have to say to you that there is no evidence on which a reasonable jury could possibly come to that conclusion.
I am now going to leave you with the two possible conclusions that you may return, and these two conclusions require a far less high standard of proof, the unlawful killing verdict requires a criminal standard of proof satisfies beyond all reasonable doubt. The two verdicts I am going to leave with you are one’s which can be reached on the balance of probability, i.e., more likely than not. Now The first one is ‘natural causes’
“…And The words you should use are ‘she died from natural causes
“…Now the other verdict I am going to leave with you is a narrative verdict… and after consideration of all the facts you may consider that this is the appropriate verdict to return. Something like Sunaina died from multiple congenital medical problems in spite of every effort to prolong her life, by giving her all possible care. So I am going to leave you with two possible conclusions, one she died from natural causes and one so called a narrative verdict…
“CORONER: And what did you write under three for the time, place and circumstances?”
“JURY FOREMAN: Here we wrote little baby girl with Edward’s syndrome before birth”.
“CORONER: And what conclusion did you reach?”
“JURY FOREMAN: Natural Causes”
8. Coroner gives her own verdict, not that of the jury, as a cause of death
“CORONER: …The Sovereign Lady the Queen this Court formally records that Sunaina Chaudhari who was born on the 25th. May 2000, who died on 26th October 2000 at King George Hospital, the cause of death been given by the jury as Multiple Congenital abnormalities including Edward’s Syndrome and the conclusion of the jury is that she died from natural causes”.
It is a matter of serious public concern that criminal acts are being committed and covered up routinely within the National Health Service.

When Libya was elected to the chairmanship of the United Nations, US ambassador Kevin Moley remarked that:
“This is a defeat for the human rights commission”.
It was nothing of the kind; it was a defeat for human rights, period.
Libya’s brutal leader Muammar Qadhaffi is directly responsible for the 1998 bombing of Pan Am flight 103 killing 270 people – Lockerbie, Scotland.
Libya is not a friend of human rights but a vicious dictatorship that tortures dissidents, Imprisons it’s own citizens with no charges being brought and violates individuals rights to freedom of speech, assembly and religion.
Only 3 countries out of 33 voted against Libya’s chairmanship to the council… Guatemala (reportedly), Canada and the United States… 17 abstained.
Indeed there is nothing in the UN charter to disqualify Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, China, Syria, Sudan, or Zimbabwe each one being responsible for horrific human rights violations.
Just on this information alone one should not pay any attention to anything the UN has to say. When it openly votes in despotic regimes instead of holding them accountable; then it shows itself to be a supporter of terror.
The United Nations also spends much of its time “Israel bashing” and has no respect for human rights… just as European countries (France and Germany) in particular spend much of there time George Bush bashing.
But this bashing is an attack on individual rights… the right to defend oneself against terrorist attacks.
George W. Bush’s biggest error is trying to appease the UN… waiting for the “go sign” before attacking Iraq.
The go sign will never come the whole of the weapons inspection program is farcical; the idea that Saddam Hussein will suddenly give in to the UN and say “here are the weapons you are looking for” is absurd.
Attacking Iraq is not only justifiable as a self-defence policy against future terrorist attacks… It is also justice for its people who have been violated by Saddam Hussein for far too long.
Here is a regime that is dark age in its brutality towards its people… Here is a man who’s regime commits the most horrific tortures – crushing the bones in 2 year old children’s feet in front of mothers to gain “confessions” for wrong doings against the state by the father. A crime against the state can be something as trivial as criticising Saddam Hussein’s haircut or his poor dress sense. Other tortures include cutting out tongues and burning legs off.

% in favor of this action. Your country was not the one that had to watch, hear and feel the things we have this last year due to 9-11. Never take for granted that those of you who post anti-war statements on websites such as this do so thanks to the efforts of countless soldiers who fought and died for your right to do so. I have just read the news that the British have lost 12 soldiers in a helicopter crash and we have lost 4 American soldiers, fighting the Iraqi war. I, as an American, just wanted to express my deepest condolences and thank you for supporting my country in this war. I know you face much criticism from your country and you are a brave man who believes in his morals to stand by our side and fight with us. Please tell the families of those brave soldiers that we, America, are sorry and we appreciate how their sons and daughters fought with us for freedom and for the safety of the world. Six British doctors of the Great Ormond Street Hospital took legal action against us for petitioning for a public inquiry into the death of Baby Sunaina Chaudhari, in the streets and on internet websites, under Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
As evidence of our compliance with the “Permanent Restraining and Mandatory Order” dated 6th April 2004 and sealed by the Court on 07 APR 2004, until such time as we appeal against it, each one of us is required,
1) to serve third parties, internet service providers and search engines responsible for websites detailed in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 of the Order, in as far as “Any other person who knows of this order and does anything which helps or permits any defendant to breach the terms of this order may also be held to be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.”
2) to produce the copy of our notification to third parties to the court and
3) to file any response from you to the court

Thanks for serving me with the Penal Order issued against you in a case between 6 doctors employed by the Great Ormond Street Hospital and you.
Knowing the content of the Order, I hereby formally certify that I will not do “anything which helps or permits any defendant to breach the terms of this Order”. Firstly, as I am not a party to the proceedings in which the Order is issued, secondly, as the Order makes it clear that it does not restrict my freedom of expression under Article 10 of Human Rights Act 1998, and thirdly, does not restrict my Human Rights to publish proceedings in open court under Contempt of Court Act 1981, I will be publishing a book entitled “Who Killed Baby Sunaina?” The publication will be dictated by my own conscience and knowledge. I will not be acting as the agent of the Defendants but as an independent person. It will be a reporting of the various proceedings in court, based on the dispute pertaining to the death of Sunaina.
As you may remember, a couple of years ago, I wrote a legal report entitled, “Who Killed Baby Sunaina?’. It was written on the strength of your instructions to me. At the time, I was not able to have access to the other side of the story, given by the medical staff concerned. Since then, I was able to see the other side of the story by virtue of the evidence given by the medical staff concerned in the Coroner’s Inquest, the County Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
I am thus in a position to write a balanced book based on the facts as testified by different parties, and on fair comments on the conduct of the parties, as well as of the Courts which adjudicated upon the various aspects of the dispute between the parties.

THIS ORDER
1. This Order contains permanent restraining, mandatory and other orders made against (1) Sadhana Chaudhari and (2) Neelu Berry on 6th April 2004 by the Honourable Mr Justice Newman following from the Judgment of the Honourable Mr Justice Holland of 9 March 2004 on hearing the Claimants’ application dated 23rd December 2003. Mr Justice Holland read the witness statements and other documents listed in Schedule 3 to this Order.
2. This order was made following on notice hearings attended by Leading Counsel for the Claimants and the Defendants in person held on 4th March 2004, 9th March 2004 and 6th April 2004.
3. This order is effective against any Defendant on whom it is served or who is given notice of it.
PERMANENT RESTRAINING ORDER
4. The Defendants and each of them must not hereafter do or attempt to do the following acts or any of them, without the permission of the Court:-
(1) make, publish or cause or permit to be published or continue to be published (whether on any Internet web-site, in any leaflet, placard, pamphlet, book or article, or otherwise in writing or in other permanent form, or orally) any allegations, statements, representations or assertions to the effect that:
(a) all or any of the First, Second, Third, Fourth and Sixth Claimants conspired with each other and/or with doctors and nursing staff at King George’s Hospital, Ilford, Essex to murder or unlawfully kill Sunaina Chaudhari (“Sunaina”), in order to obtain her organs for research, and/or to conceal an alleged misdiagnosis of Edward’s Syndrome, and/or to prevent a court hearing, and/or for any other reason;
(b) Sunaina was murdered or unlawfully killed in furtherance of the conspiracy set out in (a) above on or about 26th October 2000;
(c) the Claimants, or any of them, conspired together to remove Sunaina’s organs in advance of any post-mortem examination, in order to conceal evidence of murder, and/or for research purposes;
(d) in furtherance of the conspiracy set out in (c) above, the Fifth Claimant:
(i) removed organs from Sunaina’s body before the post-mortem conducted by him on 30th October 2000; and
(ii) faked the post-mortem on 30th October 2000, and produced a false post-mortem report, in which he dishonestly concluded that Sunaina died from natural causes;
(e) the Claimants, or any of them, concealed the crime of Sunaina’s murder, and/or her unlawful killing;
(f) that the Claimants, or any of them, have subsequently, in documents submitted to the High Court, admitted that there is substance to all or any of the above allegations;
or any further or other allegations, statements, representations or assertions to a similar effect (defined and referred to elsewhere in this Order as “the offending allegations”);
(2) post or publish, or cause, permit or procure to be posted or published on any website or web page on the Internet or World Wide Web, whether under their control, or under the control of any third party, any of the offending allegations, or further or other allegations to similar effect;
(3) molest, threaten or otherwise interfere with the Claimants or any of them;
(4) knowingly approach within 100 yards of the home address of any of the Claimants;
(5) come onto or remain or trespass on the land owned by Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Trust at Great Ormond Street, London WC1N other than by prior written appointment;
(6) pursue any other course of conduct which is calculated or likely to harass the Claimants or any of them.
MANDATORY ORDER
5. The Defendants and each of them must forthwith:-
(1) remove the website(s) or web pages having the website address(es) http://www.newsguy.com/sunaina, http://www.sunaina.co.uk, and http://www.nhsmurders.co.uk from the Internet or World Wide Web, or cause the same to be removed;
(2) remove any other websites or web pages under their control from the Internet or World Wide Web, on which any of the “offending allegations” (as defined in paragraph 4(1) of this Order) have been or are being published, or cause the same to be removed;
(3) notify in writing the authors and/or webmasters of the websites or web pages having the website addresses listed in Schedule 1 below, and the Internet Service Providers and the hosts of such websites or web pages, of the making of this Order, serve each of them with a copy of this Order, and request them in writing to remove the offending allegations from such websites or web pages;
(4) notify in writing the authors or webmasters of any other websites or web pages outside the control of the Defendants (of which the Defendants are aware), on which the offending allegations appear, and the Internet Service Providers and the hosts of such websites or web pages, of the making of this Order, serve each of them with a copy of this Order, and request them in writing to remove the offending allegations from such websites or web pages;
(5) notify in writing the search engine providers listed in Schedule 2 below of the making of this Order, serve each of them with a copy of this Order and request them in writing to remove all cached pages containing the offending allegations from their respective search engines, and not to include the offending allegations in any further cached pages in their respective search engines;
(6) notify in writing the any other search engine providers with which the Defendants have actively registered websites or web pages on which any of the offending allegations appear of the making of this Order, serve each of them with a copy of this Order, and request them in writing to remove all cached pages containing the offending allegations from their respective search engines, and not to include the offending allegations in any further cached pages in their respective search engines.
PROVISION OF INFORMATION
6. The Defendants and each of them must make and serve upon the Claimants’ solicitors and file with the Court by no later than 4pm. on 30th April 2004 affidavits confirming they have complied fully with paragraph 5 of this Order, detailing the steps that they have taken in order to achieve compliance, and exhibiting all relevant documents evidencing their attempts to achieve compliance, including hard copies of electronic communications, eg. e-mails.
INTERPRETATION OF THIS ORDER
7. The Defendants have been ordered not to do the things specified in paragraph 4 of this Order. They must not do such things themselves or in any other way. They must not do such things through others acting on their behalf or on their instructions or with their encouragement. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes Dr. Akena Adoko.
PARTIES OTHER THAN THE CLAIMANTS AND DEFENDANTS
8. Effect of this order
It is a contempt of court for any person notified of this order knowingly to assist in or permit a breach of this order. Any person doing so may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.
FURTHER ORDERS
9. Upon the making of this Order, the Consent Order made by the Honourable Mr. Justice Owen dated 21st October 2003 shall be stayed, save insofar as it dealt with the orders for costs made by Master Fontaine on 30th July 2003, which shall be dealt with as directed below.
10. No application shall be made by the Claimants for the assessment of damages under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 by a High Court Judge pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Order of Master Fontaine dated 30th July 2003 before 30th April 2004.
11. The parties are to be at liberty to apply to the Court in respect of matters relating to compliance with or the implementation of this Order.
12. Any further applications in this action are to be reserved to the Honourable Mr. Justice Holland, provided that he is available and sitting in London.
COSTS
13. The Claimants’ applications:
(a) to be released from their undertaking contained in the Consent Order dated 21st October 2003, and for an order that they be permitted to enforce the costs orders made against the Defendants by Master Fontaine on 30th July 2003; and
(b) for an order that the Defendants do pay the Claimants’ costs of and occasioned by this application dated 23rd December 2003 on an indemnity basis
are adjourned generally, but are not to be restored by the Claimants for hearing before 30th April 2004.

George Bush has spoken; he has said everything must continue as normal after Sept 11th. In that spirit, I’d like to say I have always regarded Americans as fools and always will.
However, America is not the bread and butter here. I wish to discuss Britain. Britain shall be henceforth subjected to attack. I am English and no longer regard life in England as worth living. Thus England will be pillaged and generally fucked up until further notice.

I am totally against Blair & Bush and the pair of them need to be tied up together, loads of high explosive rockets attached to them and up their fucking arses, lit and blown into space where their remains will float for eternity. Since Blair came into power the poorer have got poorer, the richer richer. Nobody can afford to buy anything taxes raised, single parents sufering finacially all because of blair the heartless fuckree. As for Bush, Brainless mother fucker He has fuckers voting for him and i do not believe he won the elections fairly. I hope someone has the bulls to stick one in him and Blair.
