wow it looked like a rare Iridium Flare but COSMOS-SKYMED 2 made itself clear to me passing east of the Moon.

The ISS presented another opportunity to see it going high over Jupiter and Saturn in the Southwest just before 6 pm and was seen through light cloudiness but there will be another Pass tomorrow.

All I can say is this ISS Pass was the best and here is what Spot the Station said about it Visible: 5 min, Max Height: 64°, Appears: 16° above SSW, Disappears: 19° above NE but Stellarium was helpful. Also, Heavens-Above is still a good resource.

using Stellarium and Heavens Above is still a good combination for visible passes but this opportunity started in the Southwest on the right side of the Young Moon close to Jupiter and Saturn and then it went high into the Summer Triangle going past Deneb before going into the Earth's shadow.

ISS became Visible: 3 min, Max Height: 44°, Appears: 10° above NW, Disappears: 44° above N from a dark place on the sidewalk of Maple (outside Strada) and east of Feldner. Spot the Station is keeping me informed but Stellarium is fairly accurate.
