Being that the local weather is completely clear, I once again sighted the ISS as it passed from the Westnorthwest and then close to the Waxing Crescent Moon toward the South. Using Spot the Station, Heavens-above, and Stellarium with clear sky after sunset, I saw the ISS high in the Northwest as it went over before my 60th Birthday (January 24th, 1962 at 12:31 am in Palm Harbor Hospital which is gone forever in Postal Code 92640),

The ISS again passed over from near Venus in the SW but wasn't visible until about 40 degrees above the Horizon through thickening marine layer cloudiness and passed close to Deneb before going into darkness in the NE.
