Tags: good stuff, side note: someone in a different online venue, implied that I support obama unquestioningly, which if you wanted to read back through my history of politics blogging, is a pretty amusing misperception, not that anyone should or would do that, since it would require digging into my (extensive) online footprint that predates tumblr, and honestly, who has time for that?, but even if there are things about obama's conduct as president, that cause me grave concern, *cough* guantanamo, *cough* drone killings, *cough* pervasive surveillance without meaningful oversight, it still gives me a moment of joy, when he gets something like this right, so here's to tiny symbolic progress.
