I loved all the in-jokes and callouts to previous episodes in Something Lighter… Please. There was Bing having to stop himself from saying hi to Charlotte, Lizzie saying Jane was busy doing something “super important”, and of course snickerdoodles.
I also liked the callout to ep. 70 (New Jane) in Jane’s dress. That episode included a link to 8000Nerves for people who wanted to pay $123 for Jane’s blue dress. I don’t see a green or sleeveless version there, but the fabric pattern of today’s is so similar that I have to think the reference was intentional.

Casual Blue (by Jane Bennet)
A little casual, a little blue.
So, this is outside Jane’s apartment in LA, right? That’s the same spot they shot the special Halloween episode. Which means that after hanging out at the Bennet’s, Jane is now back in LA (and presumably job-hunting). Right?
