Took this picture outside of the Halloween party we went to. I’m so pleased with how GREAT this looks next to the actual HG photo!

I’m not sorry that I’ve been in this Poe Party fandom for about 4 weeks and I now have dressed up as HG.

Some time ago I said I`m making my Varda cosplay, remember? Here it is, finally ready. Just need to do some minor alterations for photoshoot.
Me and my friend made Manwe and Varda costumes for original costumes stage contest, so our choose of fabric depends on how it looks in stage lights in the first place (shiny!).
The whole silhouette inspired by the aesthetics of Art Nouveau (as pretty much everything I do).

I am so happy to share my Angelica Schuyler cosplay with you all!! It’s historically accurate and as close to stage accurate as I could get. I used ten yards of a beautiful two-toned faux taffeta for the fashion fabric, but there’s also about seven undergarments (and pockets!) underneath to give it structure. The bodice is steel boned, with lace and chiffon trim around the whole thing.
This gown took 225 hours to complete; it’s by far the best thing I’ve ever made and I’m so, so proud of it.
GOOD BE FUCKING PROUD YES

Christina Ricci, who as a child famously portrayed Wednesday Addams, dressed up as Morticia Addams…
YOOOOOO
I prefer to interpret this as Christina Ricci cosplaying Melissa Hunter.

When I was a little girl I fell in love with the heroine of book series. Jacky Faber was everything young me ( and old me) wanted to be like. She made me who I am today. After 12 years I now have thr same tattoo. This series means a lot to me and I am so happy with how it turned out.

My friend found this photo form the Mad Max: Fury Road gathering at Dragoncon. There are a shitload of Mad Max Cosplayers and I’m very happy to see it. I have no worries at all that this will just keep on getting more popular.
I wish it was higher res. It looks like the Furiosas are in the right-middle, toward the back, behind the Immortan Joes. It’s cool to try to break down the count of which characters were the most popular. I’m sure every one of these cosplayers has a cool story.
