So, courtesy of my big sister, here’s a photo of me from (I think) somewhere around 9th grade, or about midway through my 4 years of non-haircutting. I was dressed up for a wedding; dig that 70′s vibe.
My hair has always grown pretty fast, and I’m pretty sure it ended up at least a few inches longer than this, but it may be that my “waist-long” comment was hyperbole. I remember that by the end if I leaned my head back it could reach my belt, at least, but that might be considered cheating.
Anyway. There it is. Apologies for Trumpian narcissism.
