Tags: so, like, I think it will be pretty hard for them to screw this up, the book was kind of sexist, in a sort of characters are unimportant but female ones especially so way, which I suspect was at least partly weir channeling his hero heinlein, but as long as they add a little adult, preferably female adult, supervision around those characters, can annie not _just_ curse as her tough-woman-overcompensating trait?, I think the rest of what worked in the book should work in the movie, looking forward to it.
