do you like lord of the rings? if so wat is your favorite character? what books do you recommend? don’t say hunger games or twilight bc they suck
Yes, I have been a fan of The Lord of the Rings since I first read the books in the 1970s. I read them every year or two for many years, including reading them aloud with my wife, then with both of my children for bedtime reading until they got old enough to want me to stop.
My favorite character is kind of hard to pin down. I guess Faramir. Or on other days Eowyn.
Other books that I read and loved growing up included The Jungle Books, Captains Courageous, the Hornblower novels, the Sherlock Holmes canon, Jack of Shadows, and The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress. Later in life I came to love The Song of the Dodo, The #1 Ladies’ Detective Agency series, and Eleanor & Park.
