We got some rain! The capybara loves it!
Omg, it’s the highland coopybara!
This is just so obviously a moose. I mean really.
By the way, there is a prominent place given to the capybara exhibit at the Santa Barbara Zoo. Once you get past the gift shops and food court area, it’s basically the first big enclosure you come to. You can walk around it and lean on the low walls, watching the capybaras going about their day.
They appear to be pretty content, though I’m not sure I’d recognize a malcontented capybara.
Just thought I’d mention that, in case any of you capybaristas are going to be in Santa Barbara anytime soon.
