My favourite piece of art work that I saw at the Met. I immediately felt a kinship with this woman. She is so jaunty. She looks like she was a turn-of-the-century suffragette. Her outfit is sporty, as if she just came back from a ride on her bicycle.
I knew you were Sargent when you walked in.
