If you follow the link, the article about the image has been updated at the bottom to acknowledge that after skeptical people pushed back, they contacted the studio and found out that this is not a photo of the actual piece. It’s a “digital rendering” of the piece they intend to create.
In other words, Photoshopped.
My sense is that more often than not when I see an “oh my god is that really real? no way!” post on Tumblr, it’s fake, and easily debunked. So you’ll actually be correct more often if you just assume all such posts are a lie than if you assume they’re all true. I haven’t actually done the math though, so that could just be me exhibiting confirmation bias.
Go skepticism.
