Don’t miss the last paragraph from the Info is Beauty link, it nicely sets out the consensus conclusion.

What irked me most about the Info is Beauty link is that the data ended in 2000, or earlier. How come published reports seem to stop at around that time, the data is some 10 years old now, about time for an update I’d say. Noticed one here, but no source cited:

What counts is that for the decade from 1999 to 2008, average temperatures rose 0.19 Celsius, within the long-term forecasts for global warming of most of the world’s atmospheric scientists. NASA, for example, predicts decade-over-decade increases in the range of 0.17 and 0.34.

Why do you think published reports end at 2000? Reports I’ve seen don’t end at 2000, they show a leveling off and then a decline. And we know the NASA data was manipulated, they have or had the multiplier factors right on their web site. The multipliers rose considerably as the temps level off so they could keep the trend they wanted.

Hahaha…more evidence that both “sides” are full of shit, and that science has little to do with the politics behind the issue.

They could have just as easily changed the headers to “Those wrongitty-wrong assholes” and “Us super-smart, super-smug, super-scientific assholes”.
