Outstanding. I particularly enjoyed conservative (ie not a rwnj) Bruce Fein’s passion for our Constitutional bedrock. He hit the nail on the head with the whole ‘you wouldn’t want Hillary (or Ghouliani) to have these extremely broad imperial powers, so why shrubco?’ If Hillary did even half of the crap shrubco has pulled, there would be rwnjs blowing up Federal buildings, shooting judges, sending white powder in the mail, etc. You know, the usual.
Plus hearing Sara Taylor say she swore an oath to the President – rather than the Constitution – also lifts the red white and blue mask right off these fascist fucks: they put party above country, party above reason, party above all else save profit. Or substitute power for party and call it the Rethug™ way.
The party of Very Bad No Good Ideas indeed.
The video of Cindy Sheehan getting in fat frat boy from ‘Bammy’s face was worth the actually eyeballing… the audio is good too. I love it when the vet says, hey I have a car, lets head down to the recruiting station! b-b-but, uh, I gotta earn money! they don wan 31 year ol tubs o lard! Actually, yes, yes, they do. The Army missed their recruitment goals again, despite opening the service to dolts without a GED or Rethuggles™ convicted of hate crimes. Look it up.

Enkidu,
When you say it “lifts the red white and blue mask right off these fascist fucks…” do you think you might be understating the situation? However, I understand your need for restraint in such matters since the fearsome beasts remain in power and to them torture is normal rather than the hallmark of ultimate moral depravity and utter abandonment of America’s founding principles.

Oh, no; I had a typo in the URL for the Sara Taylor item. I’ve fixed it, and the youtube link is working now. But in the meantime, Norm is a good choice if you’re looking for something like this somewhere other than youtube. For example, he has a copy of the Sara Taylor / Patrick Leahy dustup at http://onegoodmove.org/1gm/1gmarchive/2007/07/the_constitutio.html

MAny thanks for fixing that. As you might have noticed, I’ve changed my intitial response to problems from formerly “Oh there must be a mistake” to being “oh, there must be censorship” as I’ve found lately I am more often correct with the latter.
