I’d just like to point out that the domain name “metalies.com” is currently available.

You know — being an AG under Bush has to be one of the worst jobs on the planet. Does Bush just stick his AG’s on the roof of the tallest building in town, holding a cable with the other end attached to the ground and say ‘just act like a lightning rod’?
Remember how shitty John Ashcroft was? Bush’s AG’s have attracted more crap than a statue in a pigeon zoo. Is this all a clever subterfuge to take focus away from the really scary problems? (Wait, that can’t be true – Gonzales’ testimony that the constitution doesn’t explicitly guarantee habeus corpus *is* a really scary problem…and George W. Bush doesn’t have a clever bone in his body).
Does Bush put these guys in office to make his other policies look less dumb? …or does he just have a thing for hiring dicks with no integrity?
I try to stay away from partisan politics (or at least make fun of both sides), but the latest crop of AG’s has been downright frightening. Yes, the cover-up is worse than the act. With any luck, the inquiries will continue into their probably-legal, but nonetheless dick-ish actions. These guys will bury themselves bullshitting about it. Then we’ll see how the die-hard Republicans feel about the legitimacy of Clinton’s impeachment.
end of rant.

“probably-legal, but nonetheless dick-ish actions”
Hah. Best one-phase summary of the last 6 years that I’ve read.
