		<description>Yeah, I always thought of wikipedia as a nice idea and a great ideal, but ultimately doomed to a poor signal to noise ratio or just neglect.  But it seems like the system they&#039;ve set up somehow does a great job of encouraging lots of information with high quality.  Neat.</description>
