		<description>Why all the secrecy?  He&#039;s not only not saying what&#039;s going to come, but he&#039;s not saying &lt;i&gt;why&lt;/i&gt; he&#039;s not saying...  What reasons could he have for such a high level of secrecy?

And is this going to be Good For Bush, or Bad For Bush?  I would imagine that anything Josh comes up with is going to end up in the latter camp, but you never know.

I would imagine that there wouldn&#039;t be such a high level of secrecy if it weren&#039;t Bad, and maybe that&#039;s what he intends me to think, because that sort of secretive information is &lt;i&gt;sexy&lt;/i&gt;.</description>
