On a message board I hang out at, someone pointed out that Bush awkwardly resumes a sentence exactly where he left off (on the teleprompter) when he is interupted by applause — making the speech tougher to follow…
(whereas Bill Clinton would Ad lib back and make the sentence make sense after an interuption of applause)
Anywqay, that’s not too important… The important thing is, Bush didn’t go nukular… He just stated it over and over again :p
