Sure; you'd like to think he wouldn't actually do that, but the point is that according to the way he's talking, he's asserting that he has precisely that power should he choose to use it. As citizens, we just have to hope he doesn't choose to do so. Please, Mr. Bush, I've been really good this year. Can I have my country back for Christmas? It's like I was at the movies, and went to the bathroom, and when I came back to my seat they were showing a whole different movie. What happened?
