I seriously hope that Terrifica is not the idiot she sounds like in the ABC news article. Her comments are so ridiculous that I thought the whole interview had to be a joke (I’m undecided still, actually). When asked what her motivation is for dressing in costume and coming to the rescue of drinking women who appear to be taking horney men’s bait, she responded as follows, “I do this because women are weak. They are easily manipulated, and they need to be protected from themselves and most certainly from men and their ill intentions toward them.”
How about this idea? Though when Terrifica relocated to the big city, she was taken advantage of and felt weak, easily manipulated, and in need of protection, not all women fit that same description. To blanketly make such comments is totally outdated and is not empowering to women. So, Terrifica, knock it off or it’s going to be you and me in the parking lot.
