This is about The Two Towers, the second installment in the Lord of the Rings, coming soon to a theater near you.

Tolkien geekdom is a different flavor from the normal net geekdom, though there is significant overlap between the two communities (as demonstrated by, say, me).

Anyway, I’ll try to resist the impulse to flood lies.com with postings about the movie. Even though it is, as I said, going to be the Greatest Movie of All Time (at least for 12 months or so).
